 Tutorial: AMD/Ati Catalyst Treiber richtig deinstallierenMein zweiter Artikel befasst sich mit der richtigen Deinstallation des AMD/Ati Catalyst Treibers. Da der Treiber nicht komplett über Software deinstalliert werden kann und es meist bei der Installation des neuen Treibers zu Problemen führen kann, müssen wir mit einem Tool nachhelfen. Mit dem Tool Driver Sweaper können alte Treiber Reste im System gefunden und gelöscht werden. Dies ist zwingend erforderlich, da sich nach der Software Deinstallation noch einige Treiberreste im System befinden. Das Programm bekommt ihr hier: Name: Driver Sweaper Hersteller: Phyxion Version: (Aktuellste Version) Lizenz: Freeware Größe: ca. 1 MB Link: www.phyxion.net Nun geht es daran, den Treiber zu deinstallieren. Dabei gehen wir wie folgt vor: Windows Vista Schritt 1: Deinstallieren des Treiber über Software Als erstes müssen wir den Treiber natürlich "grob" entfernen, über Software. 1. Start -> Einstellung -> Systemsteuerung -> Programme und Funktionen  Dort "klickt" man sich quasi einfach nur durch und übernimmt die Einstellungen auf meinen Bildern:  2. Wichtig: Nach der Deinstallation des Treibers muss man den Computer neu starten! Schritt 2: Entfernen der Reste mit dem Programm Driver Sweaper 1. Das Programm Driver Sweaper öffnen und "ATI - Display" wählen und unten auf "Analyse" klicken  2. Im nächsten Fenster wird aufgelistet, welche Bestandteile des alten Treiber sich noch im System befinden. Um diese zu löschen klicken wir auf "Clean"  3. Wichtig: Nach der Bereinigung der alten Treiberreste muss man den Computer neu starten! Schritt 3: Fertig -> Installation des neuen Treibers  Nachdem der Treiber installiert wurde, muss man den PC noch einmal neu starten.  Der Treiber wurde richtig installiert und kann getestet werden. |

Dieses Hardwaregerät kann nicht gestartet werden, da dessen Konfigurationsinformationen (in der Registrierung) unvollständig oder beschädigt sind.
